Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 3 years directly related industry experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, email, databases, and Internet
- Ability to execute action plans
- Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass TSA background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to travel or relocate if desired
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, airport, or airline industry
- Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide hands-on leadership to ensure teammates are trained, engaged, and consistently compliant with all BAL, airport, TSA, customer, and regulatory procedures and standards
- Oversee daily operational execution, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and coordination of distribution center activities to ensure all service commitments and performance targets are met
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency by enforcing process controls, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring adherence to established standards and policies
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, airport stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve operational and maintenance issues quickly, minimize disruptions, and optimize overall performance
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, safety, and cost efficiency while ensuring consistent and fair administration of company policies and procedures
