Job Description

Fleamasters Fleamarket is a well-established and vibrant marketplace known for its diverse blend of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment options. As one of the region's premier flea markets, Fleamasters Fleamarket offers shoppers and visitors a unique shopping and leisure experience characterized by a wide variety of vendors, food services, and guest-focused amenities. The market upholds a reputation for quality service, operational efficiency, and community engagement, making it a beloved local institution and a popular destination for both residents and tourists.

The Fleamasters Fleamarket Senior Office Manager role is a crucial senior-level leadership position central to maintaining and enhancing the smooth internal workings of the entire facility. This role demands a seasoned professional who possesses extensive experience specifically within Fleamasters Fleamarket operations. The Senior Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of multiple departments including Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Retail Operations. This multifaceted position requires the individual to handle a range of administrative and operational tasks, manage a diverse team, and ensure overall operational excellence across various business units.

This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring that all departments operate seamlessly to provide exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. The Senior Office Manager is also tasked with supporting employee supervision and development initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training. Strong vendor and inventory management are vital components of the position, ensuring that product availability, stock control, and procurement processes align with company standards and customer needs.

Moreover, the role requires handling escalated issues or complaints from guests, vendors, and tenants with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills. The Senior Office Manager must also facilitate communication between departments and senior management, contribute to continual improvement of operational policies and workflows, and oversee financial processes such as invoice approvals and payments.

Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the ideal candidate is a calm and confident leader who thrives under pressure. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of multitasking capability, and the ability to maintain attention to detail while managing competing priorities. Given the breadth of responsibilities, experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, food service, or large venue operations is highly beneficial.

Fleamasters Fleamarket offers a competitive pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; and a range of employee perks such as referral programs, discounted meals, free on-site parking, and employee recognition events. These benefits underline the company's commitment to supporting its employees’ well-being and professional growth.

Working at Fleamasters Fleamarket means being part of a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences. The Senior Office Manager plays an essential role in upholding the market's high standards and fostering an environment where both employees and customers thrive.
