We are currently inviting applications for the role of Experienced Bartender, offering an opportunity to join our passionate team on either a part-time or full-time basis. This position is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering top-tier hospitality. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of bartending experience and is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Our scheduling spans from 11 AM to 12 AM Sunday through Wednesday, and extends later with shifts until 2 AM from Thursday through Saturday, catering for both part-time and full-time preferences.

As an Experienced Bartender at Quotes, you will play a pivotal role in the customer experience, serving as the centerpiece of guest interaction and satisfaction. Your expertise in mixology will be essential, crafting cocktails swiftly and with precision, thereby keeping up with the dynamic pace of the bar. Beyond drink preparation, you will manage orders and transactions efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely service for every guest. Maintaining the flow of beverages, restocking supplies, and supporting the team with organizational tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the bar area are part of your everyday responsibilities.

We offer competitive compensation, with weekly earnings ranging from $800 to $1100, inclusive of base pay and gratuities, reflective of your skill and dedication. Additionally, employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. For those earning under $60,000 annually, full medical coverage is available at a minimal cost of $15 per month when working over 30 hours weekly, with the company covering 50% of all benefit premiums.
