A vital part of the role includes creating an event portfolio to present space setups and options clearly to clients, managing contracts with service providers to optimize value and cost-efficiency, and monitoring policy compliance related to workplace meetings and events.

Beyond technical capabilities, this role demands a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all workplace interactions. The Senior Analyst is expected to support other Workplace positions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-player attitude. Accenture’s salary ranges for this role in New York City are competitive, with an annual range from $66,300 to $131,300, reflecting the company’s focus on rewarding talent in alignment with experience, skills, and local market conditions. The company’s extensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability coverage, 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off, underscoring its commitment to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
