This role demands exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring that every client’s event is seamless, impactful, and successful.

Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, negotiating contracts, coordinating with vendors, and delivering outstanding customer service to maintain and build client relationships. The planner will also lead communications across teams to ensure that project timelines are met, and that any challenges are addressed effectively with innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in event planning, demonstrating both a creative flair and a strong track record of successful events. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure are essential for this role. Experience with group air logistics and working with cross-functional teams is also highly valued.

Compensation for this position ranges between $65,000 to $125,000 based on skills, experience, and geographic location. This role offers the chance to join a global company with a supportive leadership team and a culture that values positivity and empowerment. BCD M&E provides comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, travel discounts, and opportunities for continued education and volunteering.
