- Minimum of seven years relevant experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Lead the successful execution of events as the primary point of contact for clients
- Communicate event details to the meeting and events operations team
- Design and execute high-impact corporate programs and conferences
- Manage venue sourcing, budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and on-site logistics
- Guide event clients through the full scope of the planning process including the master events calendar
- Confirm event requirements and ensure operation team members understand through communication, briefing, and planning meetings
- Direct advanced primary calendar for medium to large-scale gatherings
- Handle each event as a project from planning through execution, including crafting detailed timelines and ensuring deadlines
- Lead or participate in planning calls ensuring all event aspects comply with safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with internal partners and outside vendors to manage client expectations
- Manage food and beverage planning including menu collaboration
- Serve as key contact for seamless event delivery
- Capture post-event reporting and reconciliation
- Provide informal mentorship to junior team members
- Support budget creation and adhere to budget, handle invoicing activities
