The Senior Meeting and Events Coordinator role at CBRE is a key position within the Workplace Experience function, designed to enhance the employee and guest experience within a designated building. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless coordination of activities ranging from event setup to janitorial work orders. In this role, the Senior Meeting and Events Coordinator will manage on-site events by securing spaces, handling setup and teardown, and ensuring supply delivery. Additionally, the Coordinator responds to inquiries and complaints with professionalism, supports office supply services and mail delivery, and liaises with vendors. The Coordinator maintains safety by adhering to property-specific security protocols and emergency procedures. They create presentations, speak to groups, and manage first impressions at the entry point by issuing visitor and parking passes, following all security protocols.
