The Senior Manager role with USC Housing represents a prestigious leadership opportunity within one of USC's flagship residential communities, the USC Village. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of USC Village’s extensive portfolio, which includes over 660 residential units primarily serving first- and second-year students. In addition to residential oversight, this position supports retail operations within the Village, working collaboratively with external property management and various campus partners. The Senior Manager leads a large and diverse team comprising both managerial staff and frontline employees, including union personnel, in a demanding 24/7 operational environment. This position demands a highly organized, proactive leader with strong emotional intelligence to manage complex employee relations and maintain a culture grounded in accountability, respect, and service excellence.
