The Senior Manager, Transformation & Value Creation is a key role within Atlas Air’s Value Creation Office (VCO), responsible for managing a portfolio of transformation initiatives that deliver sustained financial and operational impact. This position demands a strategic thinker who can connect detailed project execution to measurable profit and loss outcomes, ensuring that transformation efforts result in transparent, credible, and audit-ready value capture. The role bridges initiative owners, Finance teams, and senior leadership, playing an essential role in governance, reporting, and portfolio hygiene.

This leadership position requires strong organizational skills, a disciplined approach to portfolio management, and the ability to simplify complex, cross-functional initiatives into coherent financial narratives. The Senior Manager will maintain enterprise-wide visibility on project scope, schedules, and interdependencies while managing project intake and pipeline development in partnership with business sponsors. Through rigorous value tracking methodology development and transparent reporting infrastructures, they will ensure that all initiatives align logically, avoiding overlaps and double counting. This critical role also involves risk identification, mitigation planning, and serving as the escalation point for critical delivery issues.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in consulting, strategy, portfolio management, or operational planning. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 6 years of experience managing large-scale projects and have a preference for those with exposure to global operations, logistics, or aviation industries. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master’s in business, finance, or economics are preferred to complement a thorough understanding of financial and operational integration.

Technical proficiency in MS Office and Anaplan combined with exceptional communication and presentation skills will empower the Senior Manager to craft compelling narratives for executive and board-level audiences.
