Over the last decade, HelloFresh has grown into the world’s leading meal kit company with a presence in 18 countries across three continents. This rapid expansion is driven by a mission to offer customers delicious, healthy, and sustainable meal options, fostering a global community dedicated to better eating habits. The HelloFresh Group includes several brands such as HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz, each catering to diverse customer preferences and lifestyles. The company prides itself on a collaborative, inclusive culture that values diversity and strives to create a workplace where all employees feel a sense of belonging and empowerment. HelloFresh is committed to equal opportunity employment and provides accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
The position of Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning, Retail and Food Service at Factor, a member of the HelloFresh Group, offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in the fresh prepared meals market. Factor has established itself as a prominent direct-to-consumer meal brand in North America and is expanding into retail and foodservice sectors, where consumer demand for fresh, convenient meals is rapidly increasing. This role is instrumental in building the commercial operating system that will scale Factor’s ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales for Retail and Foodservice, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive commercial forecasts, managing sales planning processes, overseeing trade and revenue growth management, pricing strategy, commercial reporting, and coordinating new product launches. Most of these systems and processes are new and will require the Senior Manager’s expertise to build from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring analytical rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will be a self-sufficient analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of creating models, dashboards, and trade calendars that support decisive commercial strategies. They will also serve as a key liaison to integrate commercial activities, ensuring alignment and synchronization of customer meetings, marketing campaigns, trade plans, and account milestones. The role demands not only technical capabilities but also excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and leadership-ready materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where building structure in an evolving business is a constant challenge.
This Senior Manager role offers a competitive salary ranging from $147,000 to $170,000 USD, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required. In addition, HelloFresh provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with immediate vesting and company matching, generous paid time off including sabbaticals and parental leave, health and wellness benefits effective from day one, tuition reimbursement after two years of service, and substantial discounts on meal plan subscriptions across HelloFresh’s brands. The company’s commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion extends to every aspect of its operations, from recruiting a diverse workforce to supporting various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for underrepresented communities.
By joining HelloFresh and Factor in this capacity, the Senior Manager becomes part of a mission-driven company that is disrupting traditional food supply chains while promoting healthier, more sustainable food choices to a growing global customer base. This role is perfect for someone passionate about commercial strategy in the consumer packaged goods space, with a solid background in sales planning, forecasting, and trade marketing, eager to make a tangible impact in the fast-evolving fresh prepared meals category.
