Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary or restaurant operations
- Experience in banquet or high-volume kitchen environments
- Ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

- Experience working in a banquet kitchen or high-volume restaurant

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage products and menu development
Job Duties
- Oversees and leads daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations including budgets, productivity, scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards
- Develops and executes menu and marketing strategies to drive profitability
- Leads FOH and BOH teams focusing on mentorship, training, and succession planning
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Interacts with guests to assess satisfaction and manages feedback channels
- Oversees banquet and special event execution guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness
- Maintains high team morale through coaching, performance reviews, and recognition
