This job opening is for the position of Senior Restaurant Operations Manager at TAP, an esteemed restaurant located within the MGM Grand. This is a full-time role where the successful candidate will have a pivotal part in managing both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. The Senior Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing financial performance, and elevating the guest experience by adhering to MGM Resorts International’s high brand standards, procedures, and policies. This role requires strong leadership skills to lead diverse teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration are maintained between every department within the restaurant.

In this capacity, the manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and the strategic development and execution of menu and marketing plans aimed at profitability and sustained growth.
