The Senior Manager, Regional Venue Logistics role is integral in overseeing the comprehensive logistics planning and operations for a specific region encompassing multiple Olympic and Paralympic venues. Reporting directly to the Head of Venue Logistics, this leadership position carries the responsibility for managing the full lifecycle of materials management, staff supervision, and operational execution aligned with the Games’ rigorous sustainability goals. This role ensures the timely, secure, and efficient movement, storage, distribution, and post-event recovery of goods necessary for the success of various venues.

Candidates stepping into this role should have a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management, along with demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams during major events. The Senior Manager will collaborate across functional areas including Material Planning, Event Management, Venue Infrastructure, Security, and external partners to create synchronized and cost-effective operational plans. Additionally, this role requires proactive problem-solving, incident response, and a hands-on approach in enforcing workplace safety and delivering staff training programs.

The position offers an annual base salary range of $105,000 to $126,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employment with LA28 is conducted onsite in a dynamic open-office environment located in Downtown Los Angeles, with the flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends throughout peak event periods.
