Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- minimum of 5-7 years partnership revenue experience
- preference for experience with sports properties
- ability to develop strategic partnership programs

- experience with sales and client management
- proficiency in relevant software platforms
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- minimum of 5-7 years working with high-level partnership revenue performance
- preference for experience with partnerships in professional, collegiate, or media sports properties
- experience with new or facility renovation projects in the sports and entertainment industry

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team throughout extended partnership sales cycles
- develop prospecting strategies and lead lists
- craft go-to-market brand narratives with data-led storytelling
- create customized, cross-platform partnership programs aligned with client brand initiatives
- coordinate and execute client and prospect pitch meetings, event hosting, and gifting
- conduct category analysis and monitor industry trends
- provide strategic research and brand briefs on potential prospects
- maintain and evolve partnership asset inventory and sales strategies
- partner with internal and external teams to plan and execute pitch presentations and proposals
- serve as a cross-departmental liaison to develop compelling narratives and sales materials
- monitor and share relevant sports and entertainment industry developments
- develop and implement processes to improve sales and activation efficiency
- demonstrate self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
- willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones
- maintain optimistic team attitude and competitive drive
