Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- MBA or master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of product marketing or marketing management experience within medical devices, healthcare, or consumer products
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience or 5 years leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in upstream and/or downstream marketing
- Experience supporting product launches and commercial growth initiatives
- Experience in North American markets
- Sales or strong sales partnership experience preferred
- Cochlear implant, hearing healthcare, or clinical industry experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- General proficiency with business systems and technology platforms
- Understanding of marketing, CRM, analytics, and business tools
- Reliable internet connectivity meeting minimum bandwidth requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business conditions

- North American market experience
- Sales experience or strong sales partnership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives
- Ensure alignment between North American marketing activities and global brand and strategic objectives
- Partner with Sales Leadership to communicate product strategy and marketing initiatives
- Lead execution of product launches, positioning, messaging, and campaigns
- Develop and execute Quarterly Plans of Action to drive business performance
- Manage, coach, and develop a marketing team
- Establish goals and performance expectations aligned with business objectives
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture
- Support employee growth through coaching and feedback
- Contribute to customer journey strategy and develop marketing collateral
- Lead initiatives to improve customer insights and data quality
