Job Description
Hilton is a renowned global leader in the hospitality industry, known for its unparalleled commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands. With over a century of hospitality excellence, Hilton operates thousands of hotels worldwide, encompassing a wide array of lifestyle, luxury, and full-service properties. The company’s mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, a vision it fulfills by maintaining an award-winning workplace culture that supports its team members' growth and success. Hilton consistently attains recognition as a Great Place to Work and features prominently on Fortune’s World's Best Workplaces list, reflecting its dedication not only to guests but also to the people who drive its success.
The Senior Manager Lifestyle Brand Operations position is a pivotal role based in either Hilton’s corporate office in New York City, NY, or McLean, VA. This full-time role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and location, inclusive of eligibility for the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan. The position centers on impacting Hilton’s distinctive lifestyle hospitality brands globally, including Canopy, Motto, Graduate, Outset, Curio, Tapestry, and emerging brands within the Lifestyle Portfolio.
As a Senior Manager on the Lifestyle Brand Operations team, you will be instrumental in translating brand strategies into actionable tools, training programs, and hotel-ready execution plans that elevate the guest experience. This role thrives on attention to detail, curiosity, and a passion for crafting experiences that feel genuine and unique to each guest. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across brand management, operations, learning and development, openings, owner relations, and hotel leadership to ensure cohesive brand delivery and operational excellence across Hilton’s global lifestyle footprint.
Your daily responsibilities include managing complex, cross-functional projects within a global matrixed organization, developing and executing capability-building programs, and delivering impactful presentations and reports to senior leadership. You will create and refine guest experience tools, playbooks, training guides, and self-audit resources aimed at strengthening brand consistency and on-property performance. The role demands a strategic and hands-on approach to supporting hotel openings and ongoing brand operations, focusing on optimizing hotel KPIs and enhancing the overall brand experience from day one.
Hilton’s Lifestyle Brand Operations team encourages innovative thinking and values professionals who seek to understand the subtle details that bring a brand to life—from lighting and music to programming and atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, data storytelling expertise, and a proven ability to foster collaboration across various departments and stakeholders. The role requires up to 70% global travel, highlighting the importance of a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Hilton also emphasizes supporting its employees beyond their professional roles by offering comprehensive benefits that promote work-life balance, well-being, and financial security. This commitment ensures that team members can thrive personally and professionally while contributing to Hilton’s global success. Join Hilton’s Lifestyle Brand Operations team to play a key role in shaping the future of lifestyle hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences that resonate with guests worldwide.
