Job Description

Hilton is a globally recognized leader in hospitality that has warmly welcomed over 3 billion guests worldwide. With a commitment to spreading warmth and exceptional hospitality, Hilton operates a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts across the globe, providing unmatched travel experiences. Known not only for extraordinary guest services but also for an award-winning workplace culture, Hilton has been recognized on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. This demonstrates the company’s dedication to fostering a supportive, engaging, and enriching work environment for its Team Members. Hilton’s corporate offices, including those in McLean, VA, Dallas, TX, and opportunities for remote work in the US, emphasize collaboration, innovation, and excellence across all departments, from sales and marketing to analytics and operations.

The role of Senior Manager, Hotel Marketing - Creative Strategy, offers a dynamic and strategic opportunity within Hilton’s Commercial Services team. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions through creative marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Director, Hotel Marketing - Creative Strategy, the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of creative strategies at the hotel level, focusing on content across digital, performance, and owned channels. The primary objective is to help hotels effectively communicate their unique stories, driving content that converts while aligning with Hilton’s brand standards and marketing goals.

This role involves leading the creative strategy for hotel websites and landing pages, making certain that content tells compelling stories that align with the brand and enhance customer conversion rates. Collaboration is key, as the Senior Manager will work closely with internal teams such as Brand, Media, Social, and Enterprise Marketing, as well as with external creative agencies, to create, review, and optimize marketing assets. By defining the strategic narrative during content capture, this role prioritizes marketing goals and ensures that creative assets perform effectively across all channels.

Utilizing insights from creative testing and performance metrics is a critical part of the job, enabling the Senior Manager to provide actionable recommendations that improve hotel-level creative effectiveness on a broad scale. The role also requires close partnerships with Digital Product and Technology teams to incorporate creative storytelling into product roadmaps, and with HLM Product Development teams to innovate creative systems and tools that support efficient execution. Maintaining website governance and guidelines, guiding properties on best practices, and producing enablement materials that help hotels create high-quality, on-brand content at scale also fall under the responsibilities of this position.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of seven years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, brand marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing creative outputs and enhancing website performance by optimizing creative content. Strong skills in creative briefing, content evaluation, and cross-channel asset planning are essential. Hilton values individuals who have experience navigating matrix collaboration environments, possess knowledge of hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands, and have backgrounds in in-house creative or platform-based marketing teams. A keen eye for visual storytelling and content production expertise will prove advantageous.

Hilton offers excellent benefits including incredible travel perks with deeply discounted hotel stays, an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans to secure the future. Hilton is committed to the wellbeing and professional growth of its Team Members, making it a great place to build a fulfilling and long-term career in the hospitality industry.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on specialized experience and location. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in Hilton’s Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan. This position exemplifies Hilton’s commitment to innovation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, making it an outstanding opportunity for marketing professionals seeking to make a significant impact within a respected global brand.
