The role of Senior Manager Global Travel Operations at Deloitte Global is a pivotal position within the Global CoRe shared service. This full-time opportunity is based across multiple U.S. locations, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Grand Rapids, Hermitage, and Minneapolis. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing Deloitte U.S. Travel Agency Operations, including overseeing agent teams, technology tools, and service delivery processes. This involves coordinating the implementation of air, hotel, ground, and various travel discount programs to optimize travel services for the organization.
