The role of Senior Manager, Production within THE3TEAM9s Experiential Team is a pivotal leadership position entrusted with overseeing the delivery of complex agency projects from inception to execution. Working closely across multiple account teams, this role demands coordination of internal resources, alongside managing external vendors specializing in audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, and venue management. The Senior Manager ensures that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and at the highest quality level that meets or exceeds client and agency expectations.

The Senior Manager is also responsible for crucial operational aspects including budgeting for live projects and pitches, quality control, supplier management, and continuous enhancement of production processes. Mentorship and development of the Production Team members are key responsibilities, fostering an environment of growth and professional excellence. This leadership role signifies the strategic ownership of workflows, client communication, and ensuring seamless collaboration among diverse teams.

The position requires a leader capable of managing project budgets exceeding $1 million, demonstrating expert-level budget forecasting and reconciliation skills. Operational management includes preparing detailed production schedules, coordinating delivery timelines, and maintaining consistent communication with agency and client teams to align on project goals and status updates. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging between $68,000 to $85,000, with additional bonus potential based on role and performance.
