This role is integral in driving revenue growth and long-term partner engagement.

In addition to creative leadership, the role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, and external vendors to bring innovative programs to market. The Senior Manager will play a key part in elevating DIA’s exhibit and sponsorship presence, ensuring that every event reflects the high standards and mission of the organization. The position combines strategic planning, operations management, and customer engagement to create compelling experiences that resonate with DIA’s diverse audience. This role not only demands expertise in exhibit and sponsorship management but also requires an individual capable of leveraging data to optimize program performance, pricing, and partner satisfaction. The candidate will support budget development, financial tracking, and manage the complexities of event operations both onsite and digitally. This role includes domestic travel approximately 6 to 8 times a year, occasionally requiring weekend commitments, thus demanding flexibility and dedication.
