The Senior Manager, Culinary Operations role located in Menlo Park, CA, represents a critical leadership position within Sodexo’s corporate dining division. This role is designed for an experienced culinary professional who will lead the district's culinary strategy and operations with a focus on high-end corporate dining. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years managing culinary operations or multi-site culinary portfolios
  • proven experience in high-end culinary or corporate dining environments
  • strong analytical skills focused on financial and business intelligence
  • demonstrated ability in talent development and team leadership
  • comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • excellent communication and client relationship management skills
