The Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security role at Spectrum is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing and enhancing the company's investigative and physical security functions. The individual in this role will oversee the comprehensive planning, development, and implementation of physical security and investigative programs and strategies. They will lead the Physical Security team, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. This position involves collaborating with senior management, law enforcement, and first responders to build strategic security alliances that protect personnel, assets, and information. The Senior Manager will represent the Corporate Security team in market or area committees, advocating for best practices and keeping abreast of security trends. Key responsibilities include managing nationwide contract security, supporting security at large public events, facilitating secure access for senior executives and guests, and standardizing security procedures. Budgetary oversight and coordination of capital security projects and outsourced services further define this role, highlighting a strong financial management aspect. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and bring over a decade of investigative experience, including leadership in corporate security or related fields. Job Requirements

Authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor’s degree in related area
10 plus years combined experience in investigations in military, local law enforcement or corporate security environments
3 plus years management experience
Knowledge of relevant federal, state or local regulations including PCI, CPNI, SOX, HIPAA and data privacy
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of the criminal justice system and private security regulations
Basic knowledge of data analytics and social media tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
Experience in managing business resumption or recovery programs

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related area
10 plus years combined experience in conducting investigations in the military, local law enforcement or corporate security environments
3 plus years management experience
Knowledge of Federal, state or local regulations relevant to the company such as PCI, CPNI, SOX, HIPAA, and data privacy affecting theft of cable service
Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills
Comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice, court system and private security regulations
Basic knowledge of data analytics and social media tools for threat mitigation and internal communications
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Understanding of the complexities of software and networking
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously to completion
Ability to use arithmetic skills accurately to complete daily paperwork
Accuracy and attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of physical security threats and investigations
Experience managing business resumption recovery programs

Job Duties

Oversee day to day operations of investigative and physical security operations, tracking all activity and incidents
Coordinate the nationwide contract security portfolio for Spectrum Corporate Physical Security
Oversee security operations integrated with large public event management, as needed
Provide support to senior executives by facilitating access and security for high level visitors and events, as needed
Develop strategic relationships and act as liaison between Spectrum and project integrators relations to security operations, including law enforcement and first responders
Manage the security team by assigning responsibility, managing accountability, overseeing training and professional development ensuring accountability
Develop standards and procedures for physical security projects that implement systems for the protection of company personnel, assets and information
