The Senior Manager, B2B Events & Experiences, is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B customer events, internal meetings, and trade events. This leader will manage all logistics involved in delivering seamless event experiences that align with corporate objectives and brand standards. A critical aspect of the role is developing and maintaining the annual B2B events calendar for the US and China markets, positioning the Senior Manager as the subject matter expert in event strategy and execution within these regions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with stringent budget management, ensuring all events meet cost-efficiency goals while maximizing their impact and reach.

Serving as a key liaison among various functional teams and external vendors, the Senior Manager will evaluate and enhance event effectiveness through continuous monitoring of program costs and event outcomes. This role demands a professional with proven project management skills, deep knowledge of the hospitality and event industry, and the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience, a strong educational background in business administration or a related field, and proficiency in English communication.
