Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with administrative or clerical work
  • strong proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • experience coordinating meetings and events
  • basic knowledge of office maintenance and vendor liaison
  • ability to prepare reports and handle travel arrangements

  • experience with office equipment and facility coordination

Job Duties

  • coordinate leadership retreats and in-office meetings including setup, tech support and catering
  • design internal communications using Canva and maintain presentations and org charts using PowerPoint
  • manage multiple projects and shift priorities as required
  • support Community Manager training logistics in a collaborative environment
  • maintain office facilities including coordination with vendors and contractors
  • manage calendars for meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • organize travel arrangements for managers and visitors
  • prepare internal documents, letters and presentations
  • assist with expense report preparations and coordinate with Accounts Payable
  • handle mail distribution and manage postage and shipping supplies
  • act as first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • coordinate reporting review processes with management
  • assist in due diligence and property takeover tasks such as audits and inspections
