The Senior Maintenance Technician role at Cypress View Villas is a vital position responsible for ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of all property aspects. This full-time, non-exempt role commands an hourly wage between $25.11 and $28.08, reflecting skills, experience, location, and job complexity, with additional benefits available to full-time employees. The role involves performing a wide array of maintenance tasks ranging from HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs to carpentry, drywall, exterior maintenance, and appliance servicing.
