The Senior Maintenance Technician at Haven at Del Mar Station Apartments plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and curb appeal of the community. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, this position involves performing daily diagnostic and repair tasks across various trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliance maintenance.
