The Concierge role at Integral Senior Living represents a vital position within the community, offering the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff. This position is designed for a motivated, personable individual who excels in customer service and communication. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors and residents, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and facilitating a seamless flow of information within the community. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years of customer service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple phone lines and visitors efficiently
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- reliable and punctual
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members
- tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
