The Housekeeper role at Turners Rock Senior Living plays a vital part in supporting the wellness and comfort of the residents within this beautiful community.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift up to 90 pounds
  • capacity for frequent walking, standing, pushing, and pulling
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
  • dependable and punctual
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or custodial experience, especially in senior living communities, is an advantage
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
  • basic communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of residents' living areas
  • perform regular sweeping, mopping, and dusting of community spaces
  • handle laundry responsibilities including linens and resident clothing
  • follow health and safety protocols consistently
  • report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
  • support an atmosphere that values resident dignity and individualism
  • assist with set up and cleanup during community events
