Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or custodial experience, especially in senior living communities, is an advantage
- strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting
- basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of residents' living areas
- perform regular sweeping, mopping, and dusting of community spaces
- handle laundry responsibilities including linens and resident clothing
- follow health and safety protocols consistently
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- support an atmosphere that values resident dignity and individualism
- assist with set up and cleanup during community events
