The Housekeeper is responsible for vacuuming carpets, shampooing surfaces, wet mopping and waxing floors, as well as promptly addressing any room emergencies related to cleanliness. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial role preferred
- Ability to lift and move moderate weight
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Must be able to interact positively with seniors
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Cleaning and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces
- Vacuuming carpets and shampooing surfaces
- Wet mopping, waxing, and sanitizing floors
- Removing trash and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility
- Responding to resident room emergencies promptly
- Logging cleaning activities as required
- Interacting with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
