  • Minimum 3 years experience as a line cook in fine dining or equivalent experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Up to date sanitation classes
  • Ability to perform strong skills on grill, sauté, broiler
  • Ability and knowledge to make sauces from scratch

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the company
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Communicate clearly with managers and teammates
  • Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Properly execute all recipes
  • Perform all essential duties during lengthy, high-volume, and high-pressure service
  • Execute food production and plating according to stated spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
