The role of Senior Line Cook at THE RANCH Restaurant offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals seeking to elevate their careers within an esteemed restaurant known for quality and innovation. This position is designed for an experienced cook who excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to recipes and presentation standards determined by the Executive Chef. The Senior Line Cook will play a key role in executing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring that every dish served represents the highest culinary standards and aligns with THE RANCH’s commitment to seasonal, quality ingredients. With a pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, this role offers competitive compensation including a $500 sign-on bonus after six months of employment.

  • 3 years minimum experience as a line cook in fine dining, or equivalent experience
  • culinary degree preferred
  • up to date sanitation classes
  • must possess strong skills on grill, sauté, broiler
