Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in using communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
- Ability to conduct virtual tours and host community events
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Comfortable with community engagement and event hosting
Job Duties
- Creating the first impression and making our community feel like home to future residents
- Publishing engaging Facebook posts to attract new residents
- Conducting virtual tours for prospective residents who cannot visit in person
- Hosting community events that build resident belonging and retention
- Responding to resident inquiries about community amenities
- Brainstorming with the marketing team on innovative community marketing ideas
- Maintaining active communication on multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
