The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Cornerstone Research's Learning and Development team. This full-time position is focused on coordinating, managing, and executing logistical aspects of various learning programs and events aimed at employee development across multiple organizational levels. Key responsibilities include scheduling learning sessions, maintaining agendas, tracking attendance and participant feedback, supporting Talent systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management, and 360 Assessments, and updating company intranet sites like SharePoint. The role also requires running various reports and analyses to measure program effectiveness and providing administrative support for ongoing learning initiatives throughout the year.

The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator ensures seamless delivery and execution of training programs, including new consultant orientation, onboarding processes, and cohort-based learning for various employee levels such as Analysts, Associates, Managers, and Principals. Additionally, the position demands strong communication skills to draft and send program-related communications, coordinate with multiple stakeholders including participants and faculty, and respond to inquiries routed through the Learning and Development team. The role also includes hosting training sessions and managing event logistics such as lodging, meal planning, invoicing, and audiovisual coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years experience in learning and development coordination or related administrative role
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with SharePoint and LMS platforms
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • experience in learning program coordination or administration

Job Duties

  • Coordinates and executes logistics of learning programs and events including new consultant orientation and onboarding
  • schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty
  • helps prepare event schedules and agendas
  • drafts and sends relevant communications regarding programs
  • collects participant attendance and feedback details
  • serves as session host, including supporting break out rooms or managing other room logistics
  • uploads content to the LMS
  • provides logistical support for all on-site events related to lodging, meal-planning, invoicing, AV coordination
  • responds to inquiries received through Learning and Development, responding directly or forwarding to appropriate team members
