This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay of $15-$17 plus tips, with estimated yearly earnings of $60,000 to $75,000 or more including tips and overtime. The Senior Lead role at Dish Society is designed for experienced restaurant professionals who aspire to advance their careers into General Manager positions. This role involves working closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, uphold hospitality and cleanliness standards, and enhance the overall guest experience. As a Senior Lead, you will be instrumental in maintaining operational standards across both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), ensuring food quality and kitchen readiness throughout shifts, and supporting team development through hands-on leadership and coaching.

This position requires a confident leader who can manage busy shifts efficiently while being deeply involved in all operational aspects. Duties include leading shifts, handling guest recovery professionally, assisting with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and partnering with the General Manager to optimize day-to-day operations. Job Duties
