Job Description

Dish Society is a chef-driven farm-to-table restaurant brand dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Located in the Mueller neighborhood of Austin, Texas, Dish Society combines a fast-paced environment with a commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay of $15-$17 plus tips, with estimated yearly earnings of $60,000 to $75,000 or more including tips and overtime. Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and support both FOH and BOH operations
  • Coach and develop team members in real time
  • Hold hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards accountable
  • Support guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Partner closely with the General Manager on operations and team development
  • Help support scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, ordering, and shift execution
  • Monitor line checks, health standards, cleanliness, and Steritech readiness
  • Respond to guest feedback and reviews with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Serve as a role model for Dish Society’s culture and values
