Located in the Mueller neighborhood of Austin, Texas, Dish Society combines a fast-paced environment with a commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration. Job Duties
- Lead shifts and support both FOH and BOH operations
- Coach and develop team members in real time
- Hold hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards accountable
- Support guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Partner closely with the General Manager on operations and team development
- Help support scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, ordering, and shift execution
- Monitor line checks, health standards, cleanliness, and Steritech readiness
- Respond to guest feedback and reviews with a hospitality-first mindset
- Serve as a role model for Dish Society’s culture and values
