The Enterprise Platform and Engineering IT team at Citco is central to these efforts, tasked with advancing the organization's technological capabilities and embedding innovation across its operations. The Technical Lead will spearhead the design and implementation of a unified enterprise pipeline framework using industry-leading tools such as Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and other relevant CI/CD platforms. They will be responsible for building a scalable Jenkins infrastructure capable of handling multiple concurrent jobs while serving all IT teams across the organization. This role requires not only deep technical expertise but also strong leadership qualities, as the lead will manage a team of developers and DevOps engineers, define project deliverables and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with stakeholders to champion the DevOps culture across Citco.

Emphasizing operational excellence, the Technical Lead will ensure pipeline administration is robust, enforcing Infrastructure as Code principles, compliance auditing, and governance standards.
