Established in 1909, ABM has grown to serve over 20,000 clients across diverse industries including commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues. With annualized revenues nearing $8 billion and more than 100,000 team members operating in over 350 offices worldwide—including locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international sites—ABM stands as a dominant force in its sector.
This extensive company portfolio encompasses janitorial services, engineering, parking management, electrical and lighting solutions, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical maintenance, landscape and turf management, and mission-critical solutions. ABM’s commitment to innovation and excellence ensures that clients receive forward-looking performance solutions tailored to improve the spaces and places that matter most.
ABM is not only a leader in facility management but is also a proud military-friendly employer. The company actively recruits veterans and candidates with military experience, offering a transition into the civilian workforce through world-class training programs and career development opportunities. ABM also emphasizes equal opportunity employment, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
The role being offered is a supervisory position focused on overseeing day-to-day operations within a facility managed by ABM. The successful candidate will ensure that staffing levels meet traffic flow requirements, that all team members adhere to and exceed ABM’s high-quality standards, and that customer service is maintained at 100 percent efficiency. This position requires close coordination with supervisors and management to establish schedules, manage cash procedures, monitor inventories, and facilitate communication of daily activities or incidents.
Candidates must be prepared to review and audit cashier shifts and supervisor drawers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The supervisor will lead by example, fostering a professional and accommodating atmosphere that motivates employees and maintains high morale. Flexibility in work hours is essential, as this role includes shifts on nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position is ideal for individuals entering or returning to the workforce who possess strong customer service skills, solid supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Florida driver’s license are required. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees' well-being and development.
Working with ABM provides an opportunity to join a stable yet dynamic company committed to sustainability, innovation, and workforce diversity. The role ensures that frontline team members deliver exemplary services, contributing directly to ABM’s mission of creating better environments for clients and communities alike.
