Job Requirements
- Must have six months of previous supervisory experience
- must have strong customer service skills
- conduct themselves in a professional and accommodating manner, lead by example and ensure that the morale of employees is at its highest
- must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- must be flexible to work all shifts including overnights, holidays and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Florida driver license

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring staffing levels are adequate for the flow of traffic
- review and audit all daily cashier shifts and provide recurring training as necessary
- review and audit supervisor drawer to ensure proper cash levels are on hand and balance
- establish and coordinate cashier/ambassador schedules including lunch breaks
- work closely with all supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels and replacement needs are met
- establish and maintain supply inventories for all aspects of operations including ticket replenishment and service supplies
- report and discuss daily activity and incidents with relief supervisor to ensure all relevant events are covered
- ensure customer service is maintained at 100 percent by all employees in their charge
