As a Senior Kitchen Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact on site for managing routine work activities across various food service formats such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeteria meals, banquet events, casual dining, and café settings. Your essential duties include supporting management in supervising staff, facilitating training and orientation, enforcing safe work practices, and working directly with customers to resolve any issues and improve satisfaction.
