Job Requirements
- Possess an active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License
- 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines or P&C industry role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- remote work requires hardwired Ethernet connection speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download
- strong customer service skills and behaviors
- ability to handle and resolve complex customer inquiries
- demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills
- exhibit patience and positive attitude
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with virtual technology including Avaya, NICE, POS systems
- ability to work under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines and/or P&C industry role, call center experience strongly preferred
- active Property & Casualty License or PL Producer License

- experience in offering and closing needs-based coverage and line of business opportunities
- effective in cultivating strong business relationships
- positive attitude and patience when communicating with customers

Job Duties
- Handle all calls and make appropriate decisions or take appropriate action with minimal assistance
- counsel, educate and provide accurate insurance advice through research and problem resolution
- interpret and verify coverages and data
- use established guidelines and techniques such as timeliness, quality and effectiveness to respond to all inquiries
- recommend and secure additional or increased coverage within specified carrier guidelines
- provide insurance quotes to policyholders as required
- review incoming written correspondence, request additional details when needed and draft written communications in response to service requests
- process policy change and policy issuance transactions online within specified guidelines
- follow through on all billing adjustments and changes to achieve customer satisfaction
- work scheduled shifts Monday through Friday and a rotating Saturday shift
