This opportunity as a Senior Inside Sales Associate at Matterport is designed for dynamic professionals who aspire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment. The role involves managing a full sales cycle encompassing prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, and closing deals. Primarily focused on customers from sectors such as Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Industrial & Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and Insurance & Restoration, the role demands precision, strong communication skills, and agility. Successful candidates will be those who are competitive, responsive to coaching, energetic, and adept at converting conversations into revenue.
This position is based on-site in Arlington, VA, requiring a commitment to daily presence and collaboration. Candidates will work closely with Sales Enablement teams and Regional Directors to master Matterport’s sales methodologies, sharpen outbound sales capabilities, and deliver consultative sales cycles that resonate with customers’ business needs. Being among the initial hires in a growing Inside Sales team offers a unique opportunity to influence the team culture, establish standards, and define operational rhythms to support scalability. The essential mission is to generate a robust pipeline, convert prospects into customers, and drive significant revenue growth while helping customers experience the transformative impact of digitizing physical spaces quickly and effectively. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person college or university
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in inside sales SaaS or similar high-velocity sales role
- Strong communication and presentation skills confident on phone Teams Zoom and demos
- Experience managing multiple deals and driving urgency in sales cycles
- Proven ability to generate own sales pipeline via outbound efforts
- Highly coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques
- Ability to maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
- Ability to travel occasionally to strengthen customer relationships
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment in previous roles
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in inside sales SaaS or high-velocity sales environment
- Internal applicants with 18+ months of successful Matterport pipeline generation or sales experience
- Demonstrated success in roles requiring high outbound activity pipeline generation and consistent quota attainment
- Strong communication and presentation skills confident on phone Teams Zoom and demos
- Experience running short sales cycles balancing multiple deals and driving urgency with clarity
- Highly coachable with strong desire to improve quickly and master modern sales skills
- Strong organizational discipline accurate forecasting CRM management and time prioritization
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited in-person college or university
- Track record of commitment to prior employers

Job Duties
- Run a full cycle inside sales process including prospecting discovery demos pricing negotiation and closing
- Generate your own pipeline using outbound calls emails sequences and follow-up to reach decision-makers
- Drive new customer acquisition through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Manage a fast-paced pipeline balancing new opportunities daily while moving active deals efficiently
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls uncovering customer pain points workflows and use cases
- Deliver polished product demonstrations mapping customer needs to platform capabilities and ROI drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Product Marketing Support to deliver exceptional customer experience and accelerate deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high activity and strong conversion rates
- Maintain CRM accuracy updating activities opportunities next steps and forecasting data with precision
- Follow structured sales frameworks to deliver clear disciplined sales conversations
- Partner with Regional Director and Sales Enablement for coaching call reviews skill development and rapid improvement
