Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant work experience in housekeeping preferred
- Previous hospital housekeeping experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to train and lead staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and guests
- Performs dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Ensures toiletry and linen supplies are replenished at all times
- Inventories and orders cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborates with Plant Operations to maintain OSHA-compliant, safe environments
- Trains, coaches, and supervises housekeeping staff
- Reports needed repairs and safety concerns immediately to supervisor
