Situated within a state-of-the-art facility featuring over 100 private and semi-private rooms, El Dorado Springs offers a secure, therapeutic environment focused on comfort, dignity, and healing. The hospital provides 24/7 medically supervised care, evidence-based therapy, medication management, and comprehensive discharge planning to support long-term recovery. Accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by CMS, this facility delivers relationship-centered, evidence-based care designed to improve patient outcomes and promote sustained wellness. Its full continuum of care includes inpatient psychiatric stabilization, medically assisted detox (MAT), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), meeting a broad range of needs in the community it serves.
As a Senior Housekeeper at El Dorado Springs Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment crucial to the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal, as well as ensuring that all toiletry and linen needs are consistently met. You will oversee inventory management and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, collaborate closely with Plant Operations to uphold OSHA compliance, and be proactive in reporting repair needs to maintain a safe facility. The role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols, including the proper disinfection of rooms and usage of germicidal solutions.
In addition to executing housekeeping duties, the Senior Housekeeper will have supervisory responsibilities, including training, coaching, and overseeing housekeeping staff to maintain a high standard of service quality. This role requires flexibility with work hours, as overtime and varied shifts may be necessary. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team committed to fostering a supportive and safe workplace culture, contributing directly to the hospital's mission of improving community health. This full-time position working Monday through Friday offers an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful career in healthcare support services within a respected and growing healthcare delivery network.
