This role is a leadership position within Starbucks’ sourcing teams based in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of the company’s expansion plans with a new office opening. It focuses on motivating and managing sourcing teams that deliver foundational procurement and category sourcing strategies to support North America operations. The employment is onsite four days a week and offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In this role, the leader will drive partner engagement, development, and performance, ensuring every team member has clear job goals and opportunities for growth. The leader is responsible for leading effective onboarding processes, nurturing talent, celebrating success, and mitigating performance gaps. This position requires proficiency in sourcing foundations such as category sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, handling RFXs, cost modeling, and legal protections.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field preferred
  • 8+ years sourcing experience preferred
