The Senior Global Buyer Planner role at Water Pik is an essential position responsible for the end-to-end procurement and supply planning of finished goods across multiple global manufacturing sites. As a senior individual contributor, this role demands a high level of expertise in demand-driven supply chain management, inventory optimization, supplier relationship management, and global procurement strategies. The planner will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure supply continuity and alignment with business objectives. The position balances strategic planning, involving roughly 30% of the workload, with tactical execution making up the remaining 70%, requiring adaptability and keen decision making.

This role offers a hybrid working model, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, requiring in-person work three days a week and remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The Senior Global Buyer Planner will oversee critical responsibilities such as managing inventory strategies, demand variability, capacity planning, supplier performance metrics, and product transitions to reduce excess inventory and scrap. Advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and ERP systems (including Oracle and ePortal) are used extensively to enhance planning accuracy and support data-driven decision making. The planner also plays a key role in managing supply constraints and integrating new product development planning to ensure launch readiness.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $92,500 to $131,700 annually, with additional incentives available according to company policies.
