The Senior Global Brand Manager, Brand Operations - Luxury, is a pivotal role within Hyatt’s Luxury Global Brand Team. This position is designed for a strategic and operational expert who thrives at the intersection of brand management, operations, and creative execution. The role focuses on translating Hyatt's luxury brand strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across all properties and guest touchpoints globally. The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the luxury brand is clearly defined, accessible, and consistently applied throughout the guest experience, supporting varied teams including Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Brand Effectiveness, Operations, and regional teams. This role demands a brand steward who not only ensures brand integrity but also drives operational disciplines and creative contributions that elevate the brand's presence worldwide.
In this role, you will lead the development and ongoing refinement of brand standards, operational systems, and tools that ensure global brand consistency. You will act as the primary liaison for hotel teams by providing strategic, practical, and actionable brand guidance to ensure that brand expressions meet Hyatt’s luxury positioning and guest expectations. Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and operational teams, you will guide the creation of brand assets, maintaining the highest standards of luxury branding and guest experience. Your work will include supporting hotel openings, renovations, and transitions to guarantee brand alignment. Through analysis of quality assurance audits and performance insights, you will identify trends and areas for improvement to bridge the gap between brand intent and on-property execution.
This role requires proficiency in managing complex projects, excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders, and a keen eye for creative excellence that reflects luxury brand standards. Success in this role means consistently delivering brand-right, execution-ready work while fostering strong relationships with cross-functional global teams. The position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to bring clarity to brand complexity and drive solutions proactively. Hyatt offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-$160,000 plus incentive awards, annual bonuses, monthly or quarterly incentives, and robust corporate benefits.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management or equivalent business function
- Strong knowledge of luxury brand standards and operational execution
- Ability to organize complexity and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in collaboration across global and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or related field
- Strong understanding of brand execution at property level and across multiple touchpoints
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Refined eye for creative quality and luxury standards
- Strong communication skills able to translate complexity into actionable direction
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred, marketing, business, or communications a plus
