Applicants must bring a minimum of five years of experience in healthcare hospitality management, including direct supervision and team leadership. Advanced use of computer-based programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams is expected. Additional preferred qualifications include seven or more years’ experience in healthcare food service or hospitality services management, demonstrating strategic and operational leadership over large teams.

The work environment is characterized by continuous indoor clinical or patient-facing settings that comply with OSHA definitions for healthcare support services. The job entails occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, travel, prolonged periods of sitting, walking, standing, and manual dexterity activities. The role requires adaptability to shifting priorities and stressful conditions, effective multi-tasking, and excellent communication skills across various platforms.

Compensation for this role ranges from $98,240 to $147,360 annually, with actual pay determined based on experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
