Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in food preparation and presentation
- Ability to analyze P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret procedural documents
- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Capability to multi-task and perform physical activities involving bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and understand operational and maintenance documents
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor food preparation to ensure proper presentation, freshness, and quality
- Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Assist with managing daily store operations and workforce scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees
