Job Description

Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, is one of the most renowned and beloved entertainment destinations in the world. Known globally for its magical experiences and exceptional guest service, Disneyland Resort offers a combination of theme parks, hotels, dining, and entertainment unique to the Disney brand. The resort is committed to upholding the legacy and vision of the Walt Disney Company — creating immersive and joyful experiences for guests of all ages, serving as a beacon of hospitality and excellence in the travel and leisure industry.

The Senior Front Office Manager role at Disneyland Resort is an essential leadership position within the Front Office department. This position oversees the daily operations that include the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and the Club Lounge, all critical touchpoints for guest interaction. The role requires a leader who embodies Disney’s leadership philosophies — The Disney Leader Basics and The Five Keys (safety, courtesy, show, inclusion, and efficiency) — while delivering service from the heart. A Senior Front Office Manager engages closely with guests, cast members, and external partners to ensure every arrival experience is smooth, joyful, and seamless.

This role is highly interactive; up to 90% of the workday is spent in the operating area engaging directly with guests and cast members. The Senior Front Office Manager must lead a diverse team of hourly cast members through coaching, developing, and inspiring efforts, while continuously monitoring staffing levels and operational decisions that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, they are responsible for compliance with all policies, ongoing training, budget management, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality position. Proven abilities in team collaboration, operational improvements, financial management, and navigating a fast-paced environment are crucial. Experience with property management systems, particularly Opera, prior luxury hotel experience, and multilingual skills are highly preferred to support the diverse and dynamic guest and cast member community found at Disneyland Resort.

The position offers a competitive salary range from $77,000 to $96,500 per year in California, reflecting the candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications. Additionally, compensation may include bonuses, long-term incentive units, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and financial benefits. The Senior Front Office Manager position is a full-time, leadership role integral to maintaining the high standards of the Disney hospitality experience while fostering an inclusive and engaging environment for both guests and team members. With a strong foundation in leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, this role represents an excellent opportunity to join one of the most iconic names in entertainment and hospitality.
