The Senior Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic, based at the WK Kellogg UPA location in Battle Creek, represents a vital leadership position within the food service operations. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the duties involved. The Supervisor will work varying shifts with preference for open availability to best support the needs of the business. This position is perfect for someone who is a master multitasker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people they serve.
In this capacity, the Senior Food Supervisor will provide oversight at the direction of management to coordinate the work activities of service employees involved in diverse food operations. This includes fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, event and banquet settings, casual dining venues, and cafés. The role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to foster a safe and supportive work environment, and a customer-focused approach to problem solving and service delivery. The Supervisor will assist in daily oversight of key functions and provide support to management to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
