The position available is for a Senior Food Supervisor based at Wisconsin Lutheran College, offering a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $24.00 per hour. The working shifts are varied, including different days and hours, with open availability preferred to accommodate the dynamic needs of the food service environment.

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of food service activities on-site. This role requires an individual who can skillfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously while improving the quality of life for all stakeholders including employees and customers. Your responsibilities will include supervising service employees engaged in various food operations such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will act as a vital link between management and service employees, providing support to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift.

You will be tasked with creating a safe and productive working environment by enforcing safety standards and helping to orient and train new employees. Building strong customer relationships is also an essential component of this role to ensure satisfaction through quality service and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
