The Senior Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, located at Rollins College, is a full-time position offering an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $27. This leadership role is integral to the day-to-day success of food operations across diverse service formats such as fast casual dining, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, event/banquet catering, casual dining, and cafes. The Senior Food Supervisor reports to management and takes the helm onsite to oversee service employees and the routine activities that ensure smooth and efficient operation of food service facilities. The role demands exceptional multitasking skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for customers and employees alike. Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
