The Senior Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, specifically for the Lufthansa Airlines Lounge, presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership and food service excellence. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $27 per hour and requires open availability to work any shift. The role involves providing pivotal oversight and coordination of day-to-day operations within food service environments that may include fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

As a Senior Food Supervisor, you will act as the frontline support to management, ensuring service employees are effectively delivering high-quality food and service experiences. Your responsibilities extend to sustaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming workspace for both staff and customers. This position calls for a multi-tasker and problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can foster teamwork, elevate service standards, and address customer concerns promptly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or related field
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work any shift with open availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
