The Senior Food Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Grand Canyon University, is a full-time role offering an hourly pay ranging between $20.22 and $21.43. This pivotal position places the selected candidate in a leadership role where they will act as a master multitasker and quality-of-life improver. As a Senior Food Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing food operations on-site, which includes a variety of service formats such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeteria-style operations, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the management team while directly supervising service employees to ensure efficient and seamless food service delivery.
This job requires you to provide essential support in the daily operations, ensuring that key functions and staff are supervised effectively. Safety is paramount, so you will assist in maintaining a secure working environment for all employees, and play an active role in orienting and training new team members. Customer satisfaction is a top priority; hence, your duties will also include working closely with customers to address their needs and concerns regarding service quality and problem resolution. Your reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to maintaining operational consistency.

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
